The Water Billing Office is located in the Treasurer's Department at Village Hall and operates from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Paying Your Bill
There are three ways to pay your water bill:
- Online: Please click on this link for the online bill payment system: Tarrytown Water Payments if using a credit card or e-check*.
- In Person: Please visit the Treasurer's Department at Tarrytown Village Hall during business hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Payments can be made using check payable to Tarrytown Water Department. Cash, Money Order, or Credit Card* are also accepted.
- Dropbox: You may deposit your water payments in our 24hr secure dropbox located outside of Village Hall to the right of the front door. Payments should be inserted into a sealed envelope with the proper payment coupon indicating the accout number to which the payment should be applied.
- By Mail to Lockbox: Please make check payable to Tarrytown Water Department and remit along with the payment coupon to the following address:

If your water bills are higher than usual, more often than not it means you have a leak. Here is a helpful checklist to investigate the problem at home if you think you have a leak. More videos and information can be found through the EPA WaterSense website.

Need to Change or Update Water Service Billing Information?
If you would like to request any changes to a water billing account, the account holder needs to complete the online form or you may complete the form in person by visiting the Treasurer's Department at Village Hall.
Moving or Selling Your Home?
If you are moving or selling your home, the account holder should email [email protected] to request a final water bill and indicate the last day of service. Please note that $60 fee applies to each final bill.
