Introducing My Water Advisor® 2.0: Enhance Your Water Management Experience

As part of the Village of Tarrytown’s Water Meter Replacement Project, we’re excited to introduce My Water Advisor® 2.0—an advanced tool designed to enhance your water customer service experience. With real-time access via web-ready devices (computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones), you can now take control of your water consumption and proactively identify troublesome leaks.

Key Benefits:

  • Create Monthly Water Budgets: Set personalized water usage goals.
  • Proactive Water Conservation: Identify opportunities to save water.
  • Timely Consumption Monitoring: Address high usage during the month, not after the bill arrives.
  • Leak Alerts: Be notified promptly about any troublesome leaks.

How to Set Up Your Account

Using a Desktop Computer:

  1. Visit My Water Advisor. Go to www.mywateradvisor2.com
  2. Have your Village of Tarrytown water bill in front of you because you will need information as it appears on the bill.
  3. Click the “Sign Up” button in the top right corner.
  4. You are given two sign-up options – to sign up with your mobile number or your account number. Please choose the second option: Sign-Up with Your Account Number. Enter your Account Number (using the 00XXXX-00X format).
  5. Provide your Full Name exactly as it appears on your water bill.
  6. Enter a valid Email Address and create a Password.
  7. Enjoy access to your account!

Using a Mobile Device: Download the dedicated iOS & Android apps for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Search for “My Water Advisor 2.0” and register using your account number and name as shown on your bill.
