Village Justice Court

The Justice Court handles criminal cases, vehicle and traffic cases, parking tickets, and small claims/civil cases.

• Criminal Court is held every Wednesday at 9:00am.
• Civil/Small Claims/Code Violations Court is held every Thursday at 9:00am.
• Traffic Court, including parking matters, is held every Thursday beginning at 9:00am.
• Small claims and traffic court matters may be heard, as needed, during a monthly evening court session, but are otherwise heard on Thursdays beginning at 9am. Please contact the Court for the next available date: (914-631-5215).
