Taxes - Information
There are four separate taxes you pay as a homeowner: School Tax, Village Tax, Town Tax, and County Tax. Each tax allotted for contributes to different services and different levels of services, the most local of which are your Village (us) and School District (TUFSD, or IUFSD if you live in the South End of the Village. Additional resources are below
- Village Taxes are due in June and December
- Town & County Taxes are due in April (Collected by Town)
- School Taxes 1st half is due in September and 2nd Half in January. (Collected by Town)
