Water Main Break - please conserve water

April 26, 2022 – 6:00 a.m.

The Village of Tarrytown Water System is experiencing a large water main break along Neperan Road out along the Tarrytown Lakes. 

Neperan Road around the lakes is closed to traffic between Sunnyside Avenue and County House Road. 

Water Department crews are in and working on the problem, to implement a repair as soon as possible.  Residents in higher elevations in the Village may experience low to no water pressure for the time being, including Carrollwood, Wilson Park and the Crest.  Everyone is asked to conserve water until the water main break is repaired.  A Reverse 911 call will be going out at 7 a.m.  We will issue a report and update as soon as the main is repaired.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
