Food Pantry Donations

The Village of Tarrytown has partnered with the Community Food Pantry of Sleepy Hollow & Tarrytown to act as a food donation location (currently we are one of their only donation locations). You can donate here at Village Hall (1 Depot Plaza, Tarrytown) Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Please call the treasurers office 631-7873 or clerks office 631-1652 to be allowed entry to drop off your donation. Here is what is currently in need:

Healthy Cereal, plain oatmeal, shelf stable milk, peanut butter, 2 lb. bags rice, dried beans, pasta, tuna/sardines

Bear in mind:  please do not buy very large packages – the pantry cannot break them apart.  Instead, packaging size appropriate for a family of four for the week.

We cannot accept baby food, nutritional supplements or opened/expired packages.

Volunteer to Serve for Tarrytown

Did you know you can volunteer to serve for the various Boards & Councils in Tarrytown? This is the best time of year to apply as we look to fill several vacancies… but you can (and should) apply any time of year as vacancies can arise throughout the year.
