Tarrytown Senior Activities

To Join the Tarrytown Senior Club, Please attend of one our third Tuesday of the month Meetings at 240 West Main Street. You can also call 914-631-8347 for questions.

• The Tarrytown senior club has a membership of approx. 278 people, 75 to 95 of those are current and very active month to month. All outside trips are planned by a Sr. committee within
• Every Monday, Wed, & Friday morning from 10:00am. To 11:00am. The seniors meet for video exercise class which takes in 12 – 15 people when at normal capacities. No fee.
• Every third Tuesday of the month the senior club meets formally and serves coffee and dessert during and after the business meeting. The meeting starts at 1:00pm and goes until 3:30pm. For their social activity Bingo is played for everyone after coffee is served.
• On every Monday of each week at 12:30pm Bingo is played for any Tarrytown Sr. Club member. The game is played until 2:30pm. Prize money is awarded by the Club. The seniors call their own game.
• On the third Friday of each month for a small fee the seniors sponsor a movie on our big screen and you get to view the film and receive refreshments as well.
• There is a shuttle bus available for transportation to senior activities if requested. Shuttle bus also makes daily and/or weekly trips for grocery stores, doctors, etc.

** Special events with food are planned during the course of the year and the seniors are charged a fee to participate in those type events.

** The Weekday Lunch Nutrition program via the Town of Greenburgh and hosted at the neighborhood house. 

Example: Mother Day, July picnic, St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween party.
