The Town of Greenburgh has approved a two-year phase in for property owners whose town property tax assessment increased by more than 25%. The phase in is subject to specific conditions in the enabling legislation adopted by the Town Council. The application and fact sheet provided to the Village by the Town is included with this notice. Questions should be directed to the Town of Greenburgh. The materials for the phase in application must be filed with the town by September 15, 2016.
