Cannabis (Marijuana) Legalization Questions

On September 28, 2021 a Public Information Session was held at Village Hall regarding the the legalization of marijuana.

A presentation was made by Wade Beltramo, General Council for the New York Conference of Mayors who provided an overview of the changes in Cannabis Laws in New York State. 

Following the presentaion, there was a question and answer session.

Many questions were raised by the Board of Trustees as well as by the public.

Village Attorney Katherine Zalantis was asked to respond to the questions raised during the meeting.
