The Village of Tarrytown Department of Public Works collects bulk metal debris from residents on Wednesdays (excluding Holiday weeks) by appointment only. Items must be left curbside (for multi-family dwellings, place near where your garbage is normally deposited) no earlier than the evening prior to collection and no later than 7:00 a.m. the day of pick-up. Metal items containing liquids (gas, water, etc.) must be empty. Metal and only metal items will be collected i.e. no glass, wood, etc. shall be attached to or part of the metal item left for collection.
